Preamble
This cookie policy complements our privacy policy. It specifically details the cookies and trackers used on odyssey.tech, in compliance with French CNIL 2020-2026 recommendations and the ePrivacy directive.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. It allows the website to remember information about your browsing to facilitate your next visit, measure audience or personalize content.
Beyond cookies, websites may use other trackers (invisible pixels, fingerprinting, local storage). This policy covers all these technologies, collectively referred to as "cookies".
2. Your choices
On your first visit to odyssey.tech, a consent management banner is displayed. You may accept all cookies, reject all non-strictly-necessary cookies, or customize your preferences by cookie category.
Your choice is retained for 6 months maximum (CNIL recommendation). Upon expiry, the banner will reappear.

3. Categories of cookies used
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies are essential to the operation of the website and do not require your consent, in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act. Purposes: storage of your cookie consent choice, session security (protection against attacks), contact form operation.
3.2 Analytics cookies
These cookies allow us to understand how visitors use our website (page views, session duration, navigation paths). They require your explicit consent. Tool used: Google Analytics 4, deployed via Google Tag Manager, with "Consent Mode v2" enabled.
Protection measures: systematic IP address anonymization, no individual visitor identification, disabling of Google advertising shares, retention period 12 months maximum (CNIL recommendation).
3.3 No advertising cookies
Odyssey does not use any advertising, retargeting or ad audience measurement cookies. We do not have Facebook/Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, or equivalent. Our B2B activity does not rely on online advertising.
